i don't see the point. electricity flows on the outer core of the conducter. stranded wire serves more purpose than being flexible. mirco stranded wires give the best flow in dc application. ie locomotive cable and welding cables.
dude, don't go there. we had this discussion pages back. basically there are 2 camps to this theory. One believes that electricity flows on the surface. the other camp believes that in dc application electricity flows through the entire cross sectional area of the wire.
