My FK05 diffs were still smooth a year in on the 'faulty balls'....
I have heard good things about the Axiom thrusts...but I don't know if I'd say the majority of people used them...
The standard Xray Factory Kit diff components are great, and the thrusts will be double caged with carbide balls...
