That last prototype had too many "finished" parts to be a preliminary design model. It definitely was a "pre" production unit. If there were any "design" changes, it would have been very minor or cosmetic. So like I said before, get ready, its gonna be here sooner than you think. However it won't be cheap. Plan on laying out five bills at least. If you don't have it, better start liquidating your unwanted stuff now.
Steve - when will you be starting the pre-order?
Kyosho has always been very expensive, even back in the day so I don't the price for their new touring car being any different as I would be surprised if they sell it cheaper than 399. Also wonder how parts support will be when the car comes out with no distributor to order from as you need to order from Kyosho directly. This has been a problem at are shop when ordering in heli stuff. Be interesting to see how this is all handled.
