Foam. Small track, oval carpet, we turn from 65-71 laps in 4 mins. Tight as hell. usually 4-6 cars. Track is 4-5' wide straights are 20' long then into the turns.

28mm Jaco foams is what I run. Avg lap time for me 3.1 on the money lap after lap, others run 3.2-3.9
