I would look into the Team Orion Carbon faced charger. It's about the same as the LRP Pulsar in price and features, but can charge Li-Po batteries aswell. There also is the Intellipeak ICE, that charges the aforementioned aswell. For discharging, and battery maintenance I personally use a SpinTec discharger, and once complete use a Novak Smart tray to equalize the cells down to .3. This seems to be what has been working for many using the SpinTec product.
