Run the Schuie white springs all around, 30wt. front, 35wt. rear. If the track is really bumpy, try a lighter oil (25wt. front 30wt. rear) so the shocks don't pack so hard and bounce the car around. You may want to try not running swaybars if too if the lighter oil doesn't work.
