You need to try prepping the tires with 1.0, soak, then put 2.0 on top and baking. Wipe off with some 1.0 to remove any oils. This would be for Touring Car of course.

whats the best preparation method for rubber tires on a swept (but unsprayed) parking lot asphalt surface? same as above? or something a little different?
