Not to make this an advertisment for your sponsor forum...I would say that Express puts out quality cells, as does Brood, Fusion, EA, SMC, Surge, Hurricane. What it comes down to is you can perform well with any of the matchers top cells. In your situation you should be looking for customer service, product support, and people you trust. Lastly, do not get swept up in the numbers on the cells. You said you are just a beginner and the truth is any advantage you get from a 1.17 cell to a 1.22 cell is gone as soon as you clip a board.
