You need to reset & program the MODE features ....
#1 First push MODE button for 3 sec
#2 Then count how many flashes from the red SET LED ...
MODE 1( flashes green), you will need to see 2 red flashes from the SET LED for Fwd /Brk...
#3 Push the SET button to move to the next MODE continue programing untill you finnish seting the 4th MODE
press SET button and you will be finished...
