Aluma : If you're looking at it from a cost effective value for money point of view then yes it is a little....no quite silly but for some guys it's about having a kickass ride which also looks the part. I fall into the latter of the two and my TA05, including pretty much every Tamiya hop available for the TA05 and the electronics has cost me just about double what I paid for my 415MSX.

Alien : The TA04/TB02 Lightweight suspension and the TRF415 Lightweight suspension will work, if you can find it it would be better to go for the 415 lightweight suspension because it comes with 46mm swingshafts for the universals. I went for the TA04/TBOS lightweight suspension and replaced the 42mm swingshafts with 48mm shafts.
