ALWAYS buy by a brand that you know WILL have replacement parts, so when things break, you can fix it!

it sounds like you got a cheep, car from where? Asia?

getting replacement parts will be very hard, so if i were you, i would sell the truck for as much as i can get for it, save up some more for a reliable, part available truck, like a t-maxx or something like that. basicly, cheep trucks dont perform well, or stay together well.
i had a similar situation, exept it was a generic Mini-z car that i bought from asia for 25$. after driving it around, i bumped it in a wall, and the plastic part that held the moter on broke, i looked for about 5 hours on the internet, but found no replacement part.

since it was useless, i decided to put a firecracker on it, and watch it blow to pieces!
i dont sugest blowing you r truck up, but sell it ! an buy a good truck! simple as that.
