If you flatten out the solder post it should still fit...Otherwise you might have to switch to bullet style plugs...OR worse....Re-solder your packs...

Well I have packs like this: I have the sixth and seventh battery bar bent as if you would be direct soldering the pack. Then I have a bullet plug soldered there. I hope there will be room underneath the pack and between the charger's tray for that bar and plug.
