I know there is a cool off-road track in one of the parks in Naples... pretty nice for a town operated facility where you can go... for on-road, Lee Center in Ft. Myers has a nice track - but you may have to be in a club of sorts. There are pictures of both on www.steelcityhobbies.com - under Wall of Fame.
