I recently narrowed my choice down to those two chargers to supplement my Quasar Pro charger. In the end I chose the Much More due it's ability to both peak charge cut and temp cut with the provided temp probe.
As far as it's inability to do run in like the APS or Duratrax, I didn't want a dyno with my charger. I would rather get a standalone motor dyno so that I can have batteries charging and run motors at the same time. With a combined charger/dyno, you can do one and not the other. Again, this was my decision factor
