Regarding the spool, I run a one-way pretty much all the time, this has spool action when on power.

also, even with a diff, surely less bind on the drivetrain can't be a bad thing? why make the diff have to compensate for the poor job the CVD's are doing, why not let the LCD's do a better jobs and all your drivetrain compenets will be happier
