I use the Airtronics 94360Z on both the steering and throttle.
Been using it for quite sometime now with no problems and therefore recommend it highly.
Here are the Specs:
Weight : 2.12 oz.
Dimensions : 1.54 x 0.79 x 1.47
Volts@ : 4.8 / 6.0
Torque : 100 / 125
Speed : 0.09 / 0.07
