I'm not sure how active they're bi-weekly offroad racing is, but I believe it's still going. I know for sure that the results aren't up to date. I raced onroad on 12/11 and the results haven't been posted. I think there was also a big offroad race on 12/18 and no results yet. So the results may not be a good indication of how active they are.
I really can't compare it to many other tracks, but their offraod track is awesome. It's like a mini supercross track.
