If your 2speed hub was rubbing the clutch bell, this gear will strip out. Look at your 2nd speed hub to see if there is a small ring rubbed in it from the clutch bell. It has very little clearance.
Checked the two speed hub and no marks.
I think i found the problem, clutch bell wasn't shimmed enough and had too much play.
