I prefer Aluminum shoes with a 1.0 Spring as well, it gives me Great Speed out of the start gate & out of corners where I have a quick jump coming up, naturally you are only supposed to get a few runs out of them, but I feel the Trade off is well worth it for the power & torque that the Aluminum shoes provide!
