hello i am new to this forum and i have a traxxas rustler electric and i wanted to get a new motor i found 2 on ebay that im interested and i dont know which will be better and which will make my car go faster i will be getting a no limit turn speed control. when i install one motor or the other, will i need new gears because the stock is a 21 turn motor?

if its possible with these 2 motors around what speed will i be getting compared to like around 20mph on a 21 turn motor right now
