My original car was a L4 even though it was good especially in stock I had a heck of a time with it in mod. It seems with the MS2.3 the faster you go the easier it is to drive the car. I have throttle control issues with mod as well but lap times with a 19 turn are pretty close and much easier for me to drive. Another force for me buying the car is I drove Brians car last year after a race and the faster I went the easier it was to drive.
