Most likely if you goto a smaller restrictor (smaller opening) then your engine will be running on teh FAT side and it would need leaned out a bit. If you goto a larger restrictor (bigger opening) then it would be on the lean side and you will have to richen it up. All of this is assuming that your engine was in good tune (for the conditions you refire it at).
