Durability is an excellent point!... I'm still very happy with my 3300's. They seem to take a good beating and keep on ticking!.. Besides, more capacity usually mean I waste more time charging and discharging a pack! Great if you NEED the capacity. Unless we see some crazy high voltages or ultra low IR's.
