Yeah, uh, that was me. That "Corally Corner," as they called it at The Champs, was one heck of a setup for going full speed into wood in any mod class. I almost impailed Stephen Sobottka who was tuning my stock motors for the race. What was really amazing was that I didn't have time to tweak my 12th scale for that run, and it was actually tweaked better after that full speed hit and launch!

I think I can honestly say I TQ'd the third dimension on that one, The only one to come close was Frank Calandra JR, and he was still about a couple feet short of my jump I'd say (but it was still stellar!). I probably should've strived to do better in mod, but after the 2nd round tq in stock (which felt just as good as the launch!) at that point, I decided mod 12th was going to be a "fun run" class, and boy was it!
