I found the hpi diff bolts and screws to always be inconsistant. They seem to loosen or snap quite often especially when under stress. The tc4 T NUT set is a great replacement, it comes with a new nut that doesnt seem to loosen, and a screw that doesnt snap, and its a direct replacement its worth looking into if you get fed up of the hpi diff bolts.
