There is not printed manual....and online....Big Jim's site is the only place you really find much. There is stuff there.....I saw Jim type it myself, or I typed it.....so I know its there.

If you have SPECIFIC questions.....I will answer them.....but large open ended questions that will take 20 minutes to write, are not gonna work....

An example....

What type of device do I use to wind an armature?

These units are often custom made. A company called Quillen Engineering made a powered version, that sped up the process greatly. Quillen is out of business and the units are fairly rare.......winders will typically use one of these or the old school hand crank type units. I have both in my shop.....
