Doomah, sorry if you have any problems. I apologize, but electronics are still electronics: sometimes it breaks. We test all units before shipment, still something can go wrong.

We offer you the best service you will find. The shop where you bought the product should offer you the warranty service. If you buy overseas, that is going to cost you money. This is why supporting your local hobby shop is important. If you buy the product cheap in Hong Kong or Japan, don't expect the Australian distributor to give you service.

My offer still stands, you can send the unit back to us. This will cost you maybe 10 US$. We pay the postage back to you. A new unit will be shipped without asking questions what you did to the product (you changed wires and all). I think this is generous, and you will not find many other manufacturers doing the same.
