speedtech has square titanium ballstuds, thats what i use, as far as the kingpin goes i dont know of anyone making them in ti, just stick with aluminum tie rods...something is always gonna break in a crash, energy has to go somewhere... id rather my tie rods bend than risk snapping a ballstud in my aluminum uprights.
