hey all i got a problem/question about my P/T i got the other day

i hooked it all up and mounted it and then when i turn the reciver on (i got a lynx 3d system) the light on the transponder is orange and in the booklet it says that it should be green and all the other ones iv seen are green. dose anyone know what is causing this or am i just paranoid
