They fit almost directly, especially if your using the Pro4 axles.
You will need some 10x5 bearings for the hubs, and a 0.7mm shim to place on top of the hub (the hub is lower). Also, they are wider, so place the wheel out further (i countered this by using 4mm hexes, vs 5mm ones I was using on the LWT hubs).
I've got a set mounted on my car at the mo, and really like them (more steering due to changed ackerman, and lower axle height). Just make sure you use the rear most hole on the hub for the steering link.
