and I had better luck with the rears. I was aiming for 1.85 but ended up with 1.84 on both with a (converted to metric again) .06mm difference.

I do find though that the center mold sprue/flash is slightly bigger on one tire.

So it's tricky to find a non sprued spot on both sides that line up when I put the tire between the caliper jaws. So I'm guessing this .06 difference is probably because I'm catching part of the flash.
