True, only prob is you can get a shop in that arrea for $200 - $300 per week to have an area big enough to race the rent goes up to $1200 - $1300 so it would take a lot of racers to make up the difference!

The shop is still doing OK it will do much better as just a shop without the added expense!

The numbers above are my estimates but I think they would be close to the mark and really the difference would be $1000 per week so you need 100 racers per week just to break even.

The Auswide guys are keen racers and wanted a venue for the racers I guess when it started costing them the passion would have dried up quickly! Cant blame them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
