Check to make sure the 1 way bearing itself is pushed into the 1 way tube as far as it can be. I had the same problem with one of my 1 way's a while ago. If it's still tight just take out the shim holding the outdrive to the 1 way itself and where the outdrive rides on the bearing just make some scores in the material with an x-acto knife, that will make it so the outdrive wont pull outward when you are running.
