with regards to the arm mounts, are you using the rpm or the associated with the 3 mounting holes?
If not, pick some of those up. The best thing you can do is to put nuts on the screws to keep them from backing out. You will still have to check them often, but it helps immensely.
I find that I have to replace mine every year because the holes get enlarged from landing off the jumps.
