I think a prime location would be in the Tamecula area. Close enough for all the Riverside/Corona racers, San Diego racers, and the LA racers. The thing is it'd need to be a track, hobby shop and probably a web store as well to keep the money flowing. Personally, I think a local manufacturer should step up and open up a track. Tamiya would make a killing on their track if they opened it up and ran weekly races. It's an hour away from me and I'd drive every weekend to race there. If someone were to open up a good carpet track within an hour or so, I think you'd get some pretty high turnouts from all over this area.
