Cells should be measured without shrink and prior to cycling as they will expand under high amp cycling. IB3800s are under 43mm wihtout shrink and prior to cycling.
If ROAR decides to allow 44mm cells i'm sure IB and GP will retool and do a longer cell to not give up any advantage.
