I second that its brand new. I know the orginal owner and after being exposed to nitro, he didnt want to have anything to do with it anymore. He got rid of the NTC3 and got into electric touring. I can honestly say that the car has never been ran with an engine in it. The engine has never seen a drop of fuel.
