Wow!! Reading overload.
Reset your carb to the factory settings.
Pull your air filter off. Set the idle adjusting screw to allow
the slide in the carb to be open about 2mm.
Once the truck is running tune the high speed needle first
by getting the engine to run at a point where at top speed
it still has a bit of visible smoke trail.
Once the HSN is set, adjust the LSN (Low Speed Needle)
so that the performance on the bottom is to your liking.
