There are reasons behind the no hybrid rules, and most countries follow the same rules.
The mix you are talking about would make very little difference to performance, don't you think that Orion and Reedy would have already tried it.

If you and the club you belong to feel so strongly about the rule on Hybrid motors, why don't they put in a proposal for rule change and then the clubs can vote on it.
