nikkor, from reading your post it looks like you were running 235mm cars, which the Colt was. That class has dropped in popularity considerably. The cars you are looking at now are 200mm touring cars. That's why the .12 engines, and 30mm max width tires.
One nice thing is any touring car tire will fit any touring car, well it will fit the hub, some cars need a different offset to clear the suspension.
