I would recommend The FW-05RR Kyosho very strong and quick as well. Other than that all the chassis you have picked are good except the R40 I’m not saying don’t get but there are only a few that are quick with it like Hara. Go have a look at what your local track mainly runs so they can help parts and setups for that track. Also what look at what your LHS carries. The reason they switched from .15 to .12 is probably the power they were making from the .15’s but then again these .12’s and making some serious horsepower these days. As for the hubs yes they should all be able to run all different rims. Have fun racing
