James,
Are you peaking 3 times?
Don't use the tflex on 3300's, it is meant for NiCads.

The best route to go for the most power,

Discharge to .9 per cell after use, if storing longer than a week put at least 500 sec of charge in them.
Tray/ equalize before charging
Depending on what you are running, stock or mod.
.05mv stock as long as ambient temps are not to high.
.03mv for mod
Try to time your charge to finish right before your race.
From my experience the cells will perform best if used RIGHT after the inital charge, the cells also perform best when warm.(110f-115f)
