[here] should explain it all for you jayps, there is a pic as well. The spacers should come in the same packet as the towers or riser plates. As you dont have them any 2mm spacer should do the trick, the spacers you use to adjust the wishbone location between the pivot blocks are 2mm and should fit nicely.
