Yes I agree to an extent. You should use a dry molly spray it comes in a can from crc. IWhat I meant by maintainance was checking frequently for wear. When mine finally went my car would hop down the straight like crazy as the bones would slide out of the channel into the wear spot and cause some sort of imbalance (Vibration).
