I've had some trouble with support from integy- in my case I tried every usual route to obtain help with the product I had purchased (email, ticket, ect.) to no avail. I't was'nt until I went into the discussion forumns and basically described what a POS I had purchased (I was done waiting) that things changed. I guess they did'nt want the bad press, because I quickly received a response (and they erased my post!). This was a while back but I gotta say things could have gone smoother ....
