Re. Bleed screw stripping heads....
I bought the smallest black handled, Phillips screwdriver that Tamiya sell. It's perfect for the bleed screws and also the lower arm screws that hold the hinge pins captive.
Just make sure that you apply sufficient pressure when using it to stop the head of the screw deforming.
