Hey Francis, how is going?
Very soon you going to have Profi to play with!

Look what I got from one of Rev guys. He got P/L set from me and run already 3 gallons through it. Last Saturday on race he got some trouble-first qualifyer he run very good and engine came 250 F after qualifyer, second round everything was perfect till 3 min mark-all of suddne engine start loosing power and finaly flame out. His pit man rushed to car and mesure temp before restart engine and it was 475 F. When I herd this number I didn't belive to my ears. He sad he open the motor and found that only cranck pin is damaged, the rest looks OK (one smal crack on conrod). He asked me to inspect it and rebuild it. When he came to my work he has everything open and clean. I was expecting to see just melted metal, but when I looked I was really surprized-you can see on pics that real damage on cranck pin only-that guy is blue. Small crack on conrd, but it is perfectly round, sleeve has no discoloration at all, piston looks just perfect, fitting-slightly loose but can be use for about 1 more gallon.
I do know durability on our products, but really couldn't expect this much-475F and it is still can be use!
I will not recomend to anybody to run higher then normal temp, but this sample is showing-even if it is happened as accident-it will not be time to cry.
