Those are mini.. all of them are, except for offroad ones, but they're marked TGM-02, and F1 ones which are marked F201, but those ones in particular are mini blue ones.
I actually noticed the smaller bottle of oil they included first, before I even took the actual dampers out of the pack. They're a good cheap upgrade for any Mini driver if they're stuck with spring shocks still, you just have to find someone interested..
I bought a couple sets of the special blue a while back (matches the TA05's hopups great, as well as my mini!). And yeah, they don't have alum retainers, plus, the blue ones you can buy aren't the same blue.. I guess they'll come out with a special blue retainer set sometime..
