Brit racer; If you don't have the LWT manual, try these spacings.
On the front, place 2mm in front of the arm, and 6mm behind (2x3mm).
On the rear place 5mm (2mm+3mm) and 3mm behind the arm.

F.Alonso; the hole in the middle of the std front shock tower is for a 5th body post. Allows you to support the front wheel arches in a roll over/crash, avoiding the nasty spilts that run up them. I'm currently running it whilst racing indoors on a (very) tight indoor carpet track, seems to help when I crash If you want to try it, take a rear bodypost, and mount it with in a similar manner to teh rear ones. Just don't forget to ream another hole in your shell....
