When do you think the prototype ones will hit production pops?
I believe they are now the same as the Worlds, I haven't found anything better. The fit was not good on the prototype, had to remove coating above the threads for the hexs to fit, but other than that, they are great. Also need to check before each race day that the pin doesnt come loose in the CVD. Lock-tite and really tightening the set screw down, doesn't seem to stop that little pin from moving a little each race day. But, they are super strong. There is also an extra hole in the bell in case of wear, but after more than 7 months of racing no wear at all, have only one broken axle (major crash), and one slightly bend bone (hardly noticeable). Sheared the rear arm off twice bending the hinge pin into an L once, but the CVDs are still like new.
